A unique and exciting organisation based in near Atherstone is seeking a talented HR Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. You will be integral in supporting the recruitment across the business and monitoring all employment changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door within a well-established and friendly working environment.
The role will primarily involve shortlisting applications, arranging interviews and organising assessment centres, supporting any issues relating to performance and absence, processing new starters and leavers, reporting extensively and assisting with payroll and chasing up all missing documentation/data. You will be dedicated to learning all business policies and procedures and keen to learn and develop systems and processes! This really is a brilliant all-round HR position, ideal for an individual who is keen to demonstrate their excellent administrative abilities.
Ideally, you will have prior HR experience and will be flexible and positive in your approach. If you’re a strong team player, can really hit the ground running and are able to work well autonomously, this may be the role for you.
