We are currently seeking a HR Consultant to join our clients team based in Chester on a permanent basis paying up to £40k per annum.
About the HR Consultant Role
As the HR Consultant in this professional services firm you will support the organisations client base with a comprehensive HR service, covering a wide range of transactional to strategic duties. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and customers across a range of industries and will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to offer further support. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited too;
- Deliver expert advice and support clients on HR matters
- Support other consultants within the team
- Execute internal HR projects to a high standard
- Produce accurate reports for stakeholders
- Manage your own workload effectively and efficiently
About you the HR Consultant
As the HR Consultant in this organisation you will need excellent customer service skills and feel confident in dealing with varied customer base both over the phone and in person. You will have ideally worked at advisory level within different sized organisations and possess strong up to date UK employment law knowledge and hold CIPD qualification.
