A permanent HR Compliance Administrator based in South Birmingham
Your new role
The HR Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all employee compliance documents are in place and will process all DBS criminal records check as required. The post holder will escalate issues as required and report on risk assessments. The HR Compliance Administrator will also advise others on compliance procedures as needed and ensure information is secured in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR Compliance Administrator or HR Administrator with experience of working in a fast paced and high volume environment. You must be well organised, have great attention to detail and great communication skills.
