Our client is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their busy Human Resources and Personnel team in Chippenham on a short term temporary basis.
Our client is a market leading retailer and offer a busy and fast-paced working environment.
Role role of the HR Co-ordinator will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with a system migration project
- Support with HR Operations initiative
- Produce reports for the HRD
- Support the resourcing manager with recruitment
- Assist with selection and assessment processes
- Support with on-boarding
The chosen HR Co-ordinator will display the following skills and attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong IT skills (Advanced MS Excel)
- Be immediately available or on short notice
