HR Co-ordinator

A well-established organisation based near Winchester, Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Reward Co-ordinator to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the business and HR team on employee benefits.

Main duties include:

- Benchmarking roles in-line with career framework, ensuring consistency across the organisation;
- Ensuring the database and monthly reports are up to date;
- Taking responsibility for the payment of invoices and expenses;
- Assisting with team projects when required;
- Analyse data, working to tight timescales.

Applicants will be required to have a background in a reward environment and have strong organisation and analytical skills and be a confident communicator. This role would suit a proactive individual who works well in a team and enjoys working in a forward thinking and changeable workplace.

The client is looking for someone to start on a contract basis but the role has the potential to become long-term therefore they will consider candidates on 1 months' notice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great local employer in a desirable working culture.
