Responsible for providing a
comprehensive HR & Benefit support to all functions and support the
implementation of the HR people plan through provision of data, implementation of policies and procedures.
Issue offer letters, T & C’s, check references and
liaise with new employees and line managers to carry out pre-employment checks.
Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments to ensure
accurate and timely payment of all employees using the Pse HR database system.
Prepare and issue an induction pack to include P46, bank
Manage reference requests from internal / external
Maintain accurate manual and electronic personnel files,
archiving as appropriate, supporting the HR & Benefits Team Leader in this
Process all payroll and HR administration for employees.
Process Management Change Request on PSE and issue T&C’s
Provide general support to the wider HR team with printing,
project work and undertake any special projects as requested by the HR &
Benefits Team Leader.
Undertake relevant activities relating to Auto Enrolment
Produce weekly / monthly / annually and any ad hoc reports
Provide new starters / leavers information to respective
areas including PA’s, Payroll and Reception.
