Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Co-ordinator to join the HR team at the HQ of a well- established organisation based in Twickenham.
You will report directly to the HR Director to provide a comprehensive HR service across the multi sited business.
Full clean Driving Licence required
The HR Coordinator role combines all site HR duties with general HR administration and coordination. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent time management and high attention to detail. You must also be able to build relationships with all levels of staff.

Supporting on all HR operational areas.
To support all HR transactional activities
Providing assistance to the HR Director.
Supporting managers in all aspects of the recruitment process, from securing sign off for recruitment through to on-boarding
Ensuring that proper documentation is produced and records are kept
Arranging contracts of employment, references and inductions for starters
Maintenance of all manual and electronic HR records
Identifying and arranging any necessary training for employees
Assisting with exit interviews and the leaver process
