HR Co-ordinator for Interesting Organisation - £24,000!

A well-renowned and vastly interesting organisation, based in North Warwickshire, are currently seeking a HR Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a 6 month FTC, with an immediate start, paying in the region of £24,000 pro-rata.

This is an immensely varied role, allowing the successful individual huge growth and progression within a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will be heavily involved with all HR duties across the entire business. This will include but not be limited do:

  • Coordinating all recruitment activities through the entire process; collating applications, shortlisting, organising interviews, aiding the selection process

  • Managing all elements of compliance for internal employees and external contractors; checking Right to Work documentation, obtaining references, producing contracts of employment

  • Provide first line support to line managers on employment issues/processes; recruitment, probation, absence, conduct, performance, maternity/paternity

  • Process all employment changes; New Starters, Leaves, Changes to employment

  • Maintain accurate HR records and follow up on all outstanding documentation

  • Assisting with all adhoc projects and reports

As the ideal candidate, you must have extensive HR experience, ideally within an Assistant or Advisory capacity. You must be passionate, hard-working and ready to hit the ground running!

Due to the location of the business, you must have your own method of transport!
