A well-renowned and vastly interesting organisation, based in North Warwickshire, are currently seeking a HR Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a 6 month FTC, with an immediate start, paying in the region of £24,000 pro-rata.
This is an immensely varied role, allowing the successful individual huge growth and progression within a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will be heavily involved with all HR duties across the entire business. This will include but not be limited do:
Coordinating all recruitment activities through the entire process; collating applications, shortlisting, organising interviews, aiding the selection process
Managing all elements of compliance for internal employees and external contractors; checking Right to Work documentation, obtaining references, producing contracts of employment
Provide first line support to line managers on employment issues/processes; recruitment, probation, absence, conduct, performance, maternity/paternity
Process all employment changes; New Starters, Leaves, Changes to employment
Maintain accurate HR records and follow up on all outstanding documentation
Assisting with all adhoc projects and reports
As the ideal candidate, you must have extensive HR experience, ideally within an Assistant or Advisory capacity. You must be passionate, hard-working and ready to hit the ground running!
Due to the location of the business, you must have your own method of transport!
