The organisation has a nationwide reach and operates within the B2B and consumer markets. They have seen considerable growth organically and by acquisition. Commercially strong, but not formally corporate.
As a result of growth and how their functions operate it is clear there are organisational improvements and as a result transformational projects are planned for this year.
Within each on these areas is a need for a HR Change Manager to work with the senior leadership team and individual HRD's in driving these transformational projects. This role will require a high level of influencing and guiding skills, the ability to coach and communicate with senior managers, so they are fully equipped and comfortable to embark on these change and restructure programmes.
Due to the complexity of the organisation there will be a degree of ambiguity to manage, hence essential to have experience of previous transformational projects and an understanding of commercial optimisation
Salary is c£50,000 and a bonus scheme up to 20%
