HR/Change Manager Contract

Our client is recruiting an HR/Change Manager on a contract basis (6-12 mths) to be responsible for providing change management support and expertise to deployment teams, with guidance and input from the Change Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Change Lead in defining the change strategy and gaining programme wide agreement and understanding of strategy and approach
  • Support Deployment leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the change
  • Provide Change management expertise & tools/techniques to the deployment teams
  • Support stakeholder identification and analysis
  • Lead the completion of a change impact assessment activities for the programme and support detailed impact assessment and action planning for the deployment
  • Monitor change readiness of the business
  • Support Deployment Change Lead to design and establish 'Change Network' within the business
  • Provide regular progress updates to Change Lead
  • Escalate risks/issues, as appropriate, to Change Lead


Ability to:

  • Shape, scope and plan the business change activities required to successfully deploy Momentum
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with deployment stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively
  • Influence key stakeholders to gain buy-in and commitment to the designed Change management approach, plan and deliverables
  • Make decisions and understand their impact
  • Develop a clear understanding of the wider business context and its impact on the programme and, conversely, the impact the programme will have on the business
  • Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigations and escalate, as appropriate, to the Change Lead

The successful candidate will have the following experience:-

  • Previous experience of managing business change
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong people management experience (e.g.stakeholder management, 1:1 coaching)
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Planning
