Following the appointment of a new HR Director and the development of a new, innovative HR strategy we are introducing a number of key roles to our HR team to support its implementation and our business growth.
Within our new HR structure we have created a number of opportunities for experienced HR Business Partners
Taking responsibility for delivering the new HR strategy across your region, you’ll partner Area Managers and Regional Directors, to make the most of every colleague touch point - from recruitment to induction to engagement, and from performance review to succession planning and more besides.
With good experience gained at similar level in a dynamic, multi-site retail or service organisation, you’ll have delivered outstanding colleague engagement initiatives and have a solid ER understanding. Just as importantly, you’ll be a trusted collaborator and confident communicator who leads by example to influence positive change. Committed, creative and tenacious, you’ll already be excited by the opportunity to join us as we embark on ambitious growth.
HR business partnering is a new concept in Medivet and therefore we are looking for individuals that are able to help support our Operations team in a pragmatic, proactive and consultative way. Buzzwords and HR jargon will turn your customers off!
