HR Business Partner
This market leading business is actively seeking an HR Business Partner, in a newly created and exciting, dynamic role. This is a highly respected business in their field, undergoing an exciting period of growth and the HR team are now tasked with creating great policy, process and employee experience while the business scales - creating this cracking projects based partnering role in an FTC for 6 months.
We're considering candidates across a breadth of backgrounds although it would be helpful to be able to demonstrate experience from a fast paced, change driven organisation, preferably within an environment that sees a mix of both blue and white collar workforces. The role won't see the incumbent being involved in more generalist/lifecycle duties, so could be your chance to avoid elements such as ER, focusing more on the delivery of growth centred projects and structural implementation.
This is an exciting time to join the vibrant and growing HR function at a pivotal time in their growth. It is a role which is based in the thick of the business on key HR project delivery, reporting directly into a notoriously hands-off (but superbly supportive) HR Manager, you will build your own stakeholder relationships, taking leadership of key project delivery with her support, but also potentially get involved in so much more.
Key duties include:
- Design and deliver best practice policy and process as the business grows and structures.
- Delivery of key HR projects, including internationally focussed challenges where contracts, benefits and terms are considered.
- Conception of a new learning and training strategy/matrix, fit for now and the future.
- Leadership of new recruitment and talent management strategy in a growth phase.
- Support to the wider HR function in this outstanding hands on culture (SME).
An exceptional opportunity to take your HR BP career to a new level in a brilliant business, it's always exciting for us to be representing such a superb market leading and forward thinking organisation. The client is able to consider candidates who are looking to step up, assuming they can demonstrate clear success of HR project delivery and obviously have the availability to take ownership of an FTC of this length initially.
There is potential for this role to be more than just an FTC for the future and we can't wait to get cracking, please apply immediately to be considered!
