Our client is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join their established team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and trends for informed decision-making.
