 HR Business Partner - Sussex - Hybrid Working 

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: up to £53,000

Hybrid: Yes 

My client in the healthcare industry is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner who can lead on all HR related activities and play a key role in the overall delivery of strategic HR activities and contribute to the development of the HR Department as a whole. 

As HRBP you will sit in the leadership team and act as the professional expert, influencing and helping shape the HR agenda. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice on complex HR issues and advising and assessing the options available. The HRBP will manage the HR Advisor and be responsible for their performance and development. The HRBP will also work closely with the Head of ER & HR Business Partnering taking the lead on corporate HR projects.
