Client Details

A well respected Brighton based organisation are seeking a HR Business Partner for an extended fixed term contract which is initially set at 18 months.

Description

As HR Business Partner you will:

  • Support the programme with people issues, including resource planning, co-ordinating recruitment campaigns and succession plans
  • Deliver pragmatic and effective HR advice and solutions on programme planning and delivery, aligned to HR policy and procedures
  • Deliver training, mentoring and coaching to staff and managers on associated people issues
  • Develop and deliver the programme communications strategy and plans
  • Manage third party HR suppliers to the programme as required i.e. recruitment, legal, development
  • Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practices

Profile

  • Knowledge of working as a generalist HR business partner in an organisation of 500+
  • Working in projects and change programmes, including managing communications
  • Managing a variety of stakeholders at all levels, through all areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Change management and knowledge of organisational design processes
  • Managing external delivery partners
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent

Job Offer

£38-40,000 + benefits
