Our client is looking to recruit an HR & OD Partner to support it's business. You will have experience of working within a unionised working environment and need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work alongside all levels of staff.
You will be responsible for supporting the development of strong leaders and managers, assisting the group HR and Senior HR Leaders to develop a business partnering ethos.
MCIP qualified or have an appropriate level of experience which demonstrates advising on all HR procedures, using a business partnering approach. Ability to deal with your own casework and provide quality and effective advice to employees, managers and directors.
Experience of trade unions consultation and negotiation is an essential and the below benefits are included in this role;
