Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Homebased with travel to Bradford
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Contract Type: 6 Month FTC
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

About the role
You will typically be involved in business change projects arising from Anchor Hanover Group’s recent merger. You will support the overall HR objectives as required by the function and therefore be flexible to respond to emerging trends and requirements.
You will represent HR in project meetings and liaise with other areas of expertise to ensure that the merger activity and transformation people related activity is well managed. You will be required to develop plans to deliver any change proposals, ensuring the right design and that managers have the necessary knowledge and tools to implement these changes.
You will need to analyse data and make recommendations in order to support the alignment to one organisation. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with client base, HR colleagues and other key stakeholders as you will consult with key internal business stakeholders and external networks to develop best practice and fit.
You will be work collaboratively with HR colleagues, ensuring the core HR function makes a valuable contribution to the business and the customers it serves.
You will be QBE or CiPD qualified with a broad generalist HR background (ideally gained in a variety of sectors) and sound knowledge of core HR practices in UK (England) and change management theory and practical application. You will have a good understanding of employment law and best practise alongside experience as a HR Business Partner or similar consultancy role. You will have experience of supporting a variety of internal clients requiring differing interpersonal approaches for engagement and experience of supporting significant organisational change.
You will have well-developed relationship management skills alongside strong presentation and influencing skills at all levels. You will be a natural problem solver with the ability to think laterally and utilise data in a way that provide appropriate HR solutions. You will have proficient IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Office.
