HR Business Partner

My client, a market leader in their field, is currently seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to join their large multisite team.

This role is a full time 12 month contract based Farnham

The ideal candidates Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Advising and coaching managers to build their management capabilities
CIPD Level 7 qualified
Experience leading HR projects that have improved business performance
Resourcing management
Advise and guide managers on employee relations issues - grievances, disciplinaries, absence management etc.
Identify L+D needs and advise on solutions
Change management exposure
Analysing, planning and delivering solutions to HR requirements
Up to date knowledge of HR procedures
Strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships and rapport
Multitasking and working to deadlines
The ability to coach and influence - previous management skills preferable
HR experience is necessary
Willing to travel to other sites around Surrey and Hampshire

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, already working at the specified level, who can hit the ground running and is available within 6 weeks’ notice.
