Reed HR are working with a National Charity that require an HR Business Partner to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As the Business Partner you will be responsible for change management, policy writing and manager and staff engagement on core HR activities (eg sickness management, how to support with probation etc. You will also focus on resourcing and ideally have used HAY job evaluation.
The organisation will consider a Senior Advisor who is ready for their next challenge.
This position will be working within a busy HR department and responsible for all Business Partner duties for a client group of approximately 200 employees.
This position will have a focus on Resourcing, workforce planning and the upskilling of managers. You will also be responsible for improving policies and procedures.
The Business Partner will be involved with a change programme and this will be at a large scale.
Several projects will involve HAY Evaluation and experience of this would be highly beneficial.
THE PERSON REQUIRED:
This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract and ideally you will be able to start asap!
Ideally for this position you will have experience of change management, policy writing, staff engagement and core HR activities.
Experience of HAY Evaluation and Work force planning would be highly beneficial.
