Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, as HR Business Partner - up to £50k, you will manage multiple stakeholders across a range of sites, providing consistent advice and approach across the region.
As the HR Business Partner, you will also be responsible for leading on HR projects, coaching and developing Management capability, talent and employee relations.
With a proactive approach, you will have worked in a multi-sited HR Business Partner role, and be able to demonstrate the full breadth of a HR generalist as well as having managed HR project work too. The role will require travel predominantly in the North of England, but with a Birmingham based Head office, there will also be time spent there on a weekly basis.
