HR Advisor - TUPE Transfer & HR Change
6 Month Contract - Competitive market rates, subject to experience
HR Business Partner with TUPE transfer experience required by third sector organisation based in Pudsey on a six month contract basis. The HR Business Partner will play a lead role on a variety of HR Change and TUPE Transfer Projects. The HR Business Partner will possess exceptional organisational, document writing and communication skills and have a demonstrated record of success as an HR Business Partner, particularly relating to TUPE transfer and consultation programmes.
- Associate Member of CIPD
- Strong knowledge around TUPE Transfers and proven experience of providing sound advice within HR Change Programmes.
- Strong knowledge around Employment Legislation
- Ability to lead, influence and negotiate at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
