#TeamGuidant are now on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave based in Broughton. This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to work in an HR role developing excellent relationships with our client.
You will need previous HR experience and ideally some form of HR qualification. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages is needed as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. You will also be passionate about maintaining client relationships at all levels, understand complex HR cases, employee relations and be a strong decision maker.

Day to day you'll be responsible for:
- All HR issues regarding our permanent workforce with frequent communication with trade unions
- Building robust relationships.
- Running investigations /grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Liaising with all areas of the business on a daily basis
