My client, a leading blue chip organisation based in Winchester is seeking a flexible HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC.

Reporting into the Head of HR and bridging the gap between HR and the Divisional based sales teams; duties will include;

*Performance Management/Improvement - manage and support managers with performance issues of employees

*Restructure – logistics and timelines for departmental and organisational restructures consultations and supporting managers through the process

*HR project work - have been involved in project work order to support the business achieve both organisation and department goals.

*Disciplinary & Grievance - Coaching of line managers and undertaking Disciplinary & Grievance investigation and hearings when necessary

*Pay Review Process - ensure managers are given correct ratings to employees, challenging where ratings are too high or too low and managing promotion discussions

*Learning and Development - Managing training plans and budgets and administration of in house web based training system

*Absence Management - managing long and short term sickness absence, liaising with occupational health when appropriate and setting up back to work plans for returning employees

*Recruitment – managing the recruitment process for temporary and permanent employees from headcount approval through to induction

*Employment Law – ensuring all documentation is up to date and ensuring adequate training is given to managers if required regarding any new legislation or updates

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have strong generalist HR experience. Experience of TUPE and/or change would be advantageous.
