HR Business Partner - Northampton - c£50,000 - Fixed Term

Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working exclusively on an HR Business Partner role for a global organisation going through an exciting period. The role will be recruited on an initial 6month contract and will pay around the £50,000 mark.

The Role
The HR Business Partner will support a diverse client group within the business to drive through a variety of projects and change initiatives, aligned to the wider business objectives. The role will require some strategic and tactical planning but will also require hands on application. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to engage the business and will support a number of ongoing alignment initiatives from both HR and operational business perspectives.

The HR Business Partner will be tasked with assessing organisational effectiveness and tailoring solutions to create improvements in operational effectiveness. This will involve developing leadership capability through coaching and create bespoke training, identifying talent and looking at succession planning, and restructuring or redeploying where required.

The HR Business Partner will also dip into operational HR duties such as employee relations matters where required.

The Person
You will have experience in a generalist HR capacity and will have some strong projects experience and will have strong stakeholder management skills.. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or at least degree qualified, have experience in large and/or complex organisations and will have strong project experience.
