Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their Bristol based HR function on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave.
Our client is a reputable, award winning Bristol based (close to the M4 and M5) brand who operate in the manufacturing and production space. They offer some excellent exposure and fantastic benefits to their staff.
The role of the HR Business Partner will include but will not be limited to:
- Supporting any global changes and initiatives
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Learning and Development support
The chosen HR Business Partner will display the following skills and attributes:
Previous exposure of working within a fast paced Unionised organisation
Previous similar generalist or HR Advisor background
Ideally working toward or gained a relevant CIPD qualification
A 12 month FTC based in Bristol, close to the M4 and M5 - great opportunity for a HR Generalist/Advisor to move into a Business Partnering set up.
