HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team of a reputable wholesaler.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for advising line managers on the management and development of the employees through the interpretation of company policies
  • Drive and contribute to the HR strategies in line with departmental and company objectives
  • Identify where internal promotions and development opportunities may be and coach the people management team to drive performance
  • Provide professional HR support to all line managers on complex people issues that arise, ensuring company policies are adhered to
  • Support the implementation of policies in regards to labour turnover, absence reduction and performance management
  • Identify and tackle long term sickness and absences
