HR Business Partner
Salary: c. £45,000 per annum (+ London weighting)

About the role
This is a varied, fast-paced, fully generalist role where you will work on all aspects of HR on an operational and strategic basis.
We're in the process of implementing a three-year people plan which is revolutionising the way we work. We're moving to a light touch, commercially focused way of practicing HR, where we provide the tools, skills, and knowledge to our managers to help them become great managers and leaders.
As a HR business partner at Jisc, you'll work in true partnership with your allocated directorates. You'll be an extension of their team, providing advice and consultancy on a range of issues, and coaching them to help them achieve their goals.
You'll also work on a range of interesting and challenging projects, working strategically to ensure we meet our organisational objectives and all work within a high performing, commercially focused, and engaging working environment.
You will be need CIPD qualified, with a solid generalist background. You'll have sound judgement and be able to advise on complex employee relations matters, combined with familiarity of working with employee representative groups.
You'll thrive on pace and change, be flexible in your approach and be able to deliver to agreed timescales while being innovative and creative. You will understand the importance of strategic people management while maintaining a firm grip on operational delivery. You'll need to be super planned and organised, be able to keep multiple plates spinning, and have great attention to detail whilst you're doing it.
You'll need to be credible, confident and be able to make a positive impression quickly.

This role can be located in London, Harwell or Bristol. (We are more concerned with the right mix of skills and experience than location)
