As an experienced HR Business Partner, £45-50k reporting into the HR Director, you will help drive through cultural change, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and TUPE. The role will be to increase the visibility of HR within the organisation through value-add HR practices.
The role is home-based, with weekly travel to Nottingham Head Office, and travel to regional sites.
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will have covered a multi-sited role, ideally with an Outsourcing company.
