Role Profile

As HR Business Partner within Vodafone Group Enterprise, you will support the Business Partner teams within our Enabling and Corporate Functions. You will also support the execution of operational and transformation HR strategy for the business areas, including headcount and workforce planning, talent & resourcing management, engagement insight, and programme management.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Responsible for People Survey analysis, including preparatory data checking and trend mapping
  • Collation of succession planning documentation from HR Business Partner Team Management
  • Preparation of recruitment approval reporting, collating related documentation, approving roles, occasionally co-ordinating with Recruiters & Hiring Managers
  • Supporting Annual Salary and Personal Development reviews and download regular reports to check progress

  • Managing Workforce Planning and Employee Relations reviews
  • Co-ordinating the delivery of the HR annual calendar activities and initiatives across multiple business areas, streamlining the process to maximise efficiency
  • Responsible for Headcount Planning for budget cycles, included data checking
  • Supporting Senior HR Business Partner’s in putting together decks and dashboards, with a focus on data quality and accuracy

You will have:

  • Experience of working within a busy HR environment
  • A structured approach and be good at dealing with complex situations
  • Good to advanced level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a keen eye for data analysis
  • Experience of working within a busy HR environment
