I am searching for a Regional HR Business Partner to join this national brand at a time of transformational change.
Who is the business?
A highly service driven, commercially focused national business with a recognisable brand. They are about to embark on a period of transformational change, and this appointment will be key part of driving the HR workstream of this forward.
Tell me more about the role?
Working in a dual role, you will split your time between both leading and supporting a number of projects, in addition to a BAU workload, with the support of the wider HR team. You will take on responsibility for the London region, and will ideally be based in the Bedfordshire area. You will partner the management team, and will support their continued development into exceptional leaders who can guide their teams through change. The business are growing and developing their offering, therefore you will work on developing skills and talent across the area, working as a strategic partner to embed positive behaviours to aid this growth. Additionally you will manage an ER caseload, and work with the centres of excellence to influence resourcing and development strategies. You will also be involved in organisational design, ensuring team structures and career paths are fit for purpose moving forward.
What are they looking for?
A proven track record in a HR Business Partnering capacity, ideally partnering a multi site and geographically dispersed client base. You will ideally have had some exposure to change and leading on projects to enable transformation. You will be comfortable with some travel across the London region, and will ideally have a base in the Bedfordshire area.
This role is being offered on a 12 month contract basis, therefore you will ideally be immediately available or on a short notice period.
