My client, a leading not for profit are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 3-6 month interim contract.
Working in a busy HR team , you will be responsible for a large client group. This is a broad generalist role supporting a high level of needs. To carry out this role you will need to have significant ER experience as this will be a big part of your role - you need to know how to deal with challenging stakeholders and be able to able offer comprehensive ER advice. The business has gone through a period of change so you will need to have strong TUPE and change management experience as you will be partnering with the business development and finance teams. You will gain some great exposure to complex HR, TUPE, project and change processes. Aside from ER you will also be involved in broader generalist responsibilities including recruitment and performance management.
To carry out this role, you must have at least 3 years' experience working at a Business Partnering level. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on 1-2 weeks' notice.
