HR Business Partner
Salary: £40,000-50,000 + benefits

This is a highly technical company with a global presence going through massive transformation and you will be supporting the management team in a particular UK business area through changes to working practice. The HR Business Partner role is both operational, working with the rest of the HR team in continually improving basic HR support and it also supports various HR projects and more strategic work.
This would suit an experienced, graduate calibre HR professional who can demonstrate an understanding of what it takes to move a company from Point A to Point B and with experience of breaking down resistance to these changes. Candidates will have a broad HR skillset, ideally gained working in a manufacturing or engineering or highly technical environment. They need to demonstrate a strong and collegiate personality - not easily fazed with the ability to build relationships and influence managers.
