This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner to join a multi-billion pound turnover organisation! 

Are you an experienced HRBP with a background in distribution? 

REED HR are working with this established retail distribution business who are looking for a HRBP with experience in distribution/supply chain logistics. Based in Wellingborough, this role includes regular travel and management of a small, experienced team.

Role Specification:

• Build strong partnerships with managers in order to deliver the full HR remit
• Management of HR Advisor team in order to fulfil a timely and efficient HR service
• Develop and implement, alongside trade unions and the HR Director, appropriate policies and procedures in line with up to date employment legislation
• Promote best practice and effective employee relations
• Support talent planning and design development plans for colleagues
• Work in partnership with trade unions to develop a constructive relationship
• Anticipate people issues as a result of corporate business priorities and mitigate as appropriate
• Support recruitment/retention strategies
• Coach, develop and guide managers and colleagues on all HR matters
• Manage people projects

Person Specification:

• CIPD qualified
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience within the distribution sector
• Experience of managing people projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
