Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, the HRBP will support UK operations and work in a generalist capacity. Key to the role is the ability to manage a varied ER case load, handling disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals. There is also the opportunity to mentor others within the team, working with Line Managers to coach on HR matters, develop strong working relationships and assist with performance and absence management issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, be at least level 5 CIPD and crucially be of a proactive mind-set and a positive personality. Board exposure is not necessary, however strong communication and organisation skills at all levels is required.
