Your new company
Our NHS client is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to work in their medicine department on a 6 month, fixed term contract.
Your new role
This is a HR generalist role and you will be required to attend manager meetings and play an active role in advising on all HR issues, lead engagement initiatives, deal with case work and be the first point of call for any HR queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CIPD qualified with experience of working within the NHS and a highly challenging work force.
What you'll get in return
Our client is offering £40,428 pro rata along with extensive training and development.
