HR Business Partner - Crawley - £40,000.00 - £48,000.00 p/a - 3 Months - Temporary

My client a well known leader in their industry are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with senior staff and managers and creating trust based on their credible HR knowledge.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities -

- Driving a culture of high performance which will retain and develop it's staff, with the ability to lead and influence

- Supporting change management and workforce improvements, with previous experience of delivering change

- Reviewing management of staff on a regular basis, using knowledge of performance management

- Managing complex, sensitive and high level Employee Relations casework through to tribunal

- Liaising with unions on a regular basis and building relationships with representatives

- Commitment to delivering quality customer service with this being the heart of the company goals 

- Have the confidence to constructively challenge and confront dificult issues to drive change 

- Experience in designing developing and implementing policies and procedures

- Experience designing and devilering training along with coaching managers on HR and Organisational Development issues

- Experience leading on HR projects 

- Strong problem solver 
- Stong and proven knowledge of employment law
- Vast experience in dealing with Employee Relations issues
- Experience of TUPE, Performance Management and Equality and Diversity
