I am currently recruiting a HR Business Partner role for an organisation on the Fylde coast who are going through a period of significant change. This is a new position to work alongside the current HRBP, with the focus of the role to provide support and coaching to Managers across the organisation.
There is disparity in terms of the capability of Line Managers as people managers, so the Business Partner will be expected to build strong relationships with their stakeholders to help address these capability needs. You will provide support on employee relations, performance management, organisational design and restructuring, as well as resourcing and talent development. All of these activities will be implemented in line with the HR strategy and the businesses policies and procedures.
This is the type of role that will stand out for someone who gets excited about being part of a significant change and business turnaround project. If you are looking for a role where you step into the shoes of a predecessor and where HR integration is at a mature phase then this wouldn't be the right opportunity.
Any applicants must have significant experience as a HR Business Partner previously. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, and be able to demonstrate strong examples of where you have provided a coaching, support service to line managers previously.
