I am recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a successful business based in Dorking, Surrey. This is a full-time position offering £40,000 plus a great benefits package including life assurance, pension scheme and childcare assistance. The client is looking for an experienced candidate ready to take on an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Act as an integral member of the leadership teams, building strong relationships with Senior Business Leaders and other relevant stakeholders
• Work with all managers to coach, advise and challenge thinking
• Act as a key agent to improve line management capability within the business
• Drive and implement the People Plans for this business unit by focusing on talent, succession planning, resource planning, employee engagement and change management, in order to support the delivery of business objectives and drive a high performance culture
• Utilise HR metrics to diagnose, measure and improve the health of the business in HR terms
• Provide robust HR leadership and guidance on restructures, organisational change and integration of recent acquisition businesses
• Manage salary benchmarking exercises and global assignment processes
• Ownership of the Grad Scheme and apprentice levy project
• Work with the recruitment team to drive an ambitious growth workforce plan

Key requirements:
• Previous knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions to drive a high performance culture
• Experience of coaching, influencing and working in partnership with Senior Business Leaders
• Experience of managing small/medium scale, change programmes e.g. Organisation re-design, merger and acquisition, culture change.
• The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, and to establish professional credibility quickly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels
• A confident, self-motivated and flexible work style
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines
