Your new company
You will be working for a large Government organisation in Central London, as an HR Business Partner for 12 months.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Head of HR during a time of significant political change, to develop workforce plans, assist in the development of HRIS, manage stakeholders and provide advice and guidance to the 2,500 employees. You will work on an individual basis generally, but support the Head of HR on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to have credibility, pace and urgency. You must be able to build relationships, have sound generalist HR experience with knowledge of Employment Law, change management and have a strong technical skill set. You must be adaptable to a changing environment.
What you'll get in return
You will gain exposure to a large, high profile change programme, and will be paid on a weekly basis. The role may be extended.
