Our client, a growing international business is looking to recruit a pro-active HR Business Partner to support their UK operation.
Based from Basingstoke, you will be partnering with the senior leaders and UK employees to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Reporting into the European HR Director, you will play a key part in supporting and implementing HR policies, initiatives and programs on a local level. This is a great opportunity for someone who really wants to be visible and build great relationships with the client group.
There is lots to take ownership of and will suit someone who wants to be busy, make their mark and could provide, for the right individual, a longer term career path to HR Director.
Key responsibilities will include;
Manage the recruitment process, interviewing and providing support to hiring managers
Manage the offer, induction and on-boarding process for new starters
Advise and coach managers and employees through ER issues
Understand the training and development needs locally and provide support and workshops as required
Advise and support managers on local and global compensation and benefits programs
Implement and roll out employee engagement initiatives
