HR Business Partner
Based in West Midlands - Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick
Paying up to £65+ Car Allowance + Bonus

The Badenoch & Clark HR team is working with a renowned private sector business that are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team based in the West Midlands. You will lead the HR relationship management with senior stakeholders across your given client group.

What you will be doing?

* Work in line with business strategic objectives, to pro-actively support the development of the business and its people within area of responsibility.
* To act as business partner to senior manages and stakeholders, shaping and influencing their thinking on people issues, managing and pro-actively resolving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
* Oversee delivery of comprehensive HR service to the business including particular initiatives that will be project managed by you.
* Coach stakeholders to deploy appropriate tactics to deliver on business changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Define, monitor and review management information to identify key trends and use external benchmarks to determine and recommend appropriate action.
* Monitor, manage and improve, in conjunction with managers, the HR KPI's and metrics for their area of responsibility.
* Provide oversight to employee relations cases in order to manage any associated risks.
* Build capability of leaders and employees to increase overall organisation effectiveness, working with colleagues across HR.
* Participate in business change programmes to define and appropriately manage the people implications of change. e.g. insourcing, outsourcing, TUPE and M&A activity.
* Utilise effective project management techniques to scope, plan workload and deliver identified projects.
* Identify and drive forward organisational and HR projects that add value to the organisation.
* Support the business and Learning & Development Manager with succession planning activity.

What we are looking for?

* Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
* Experienced HR Business Partner, with experience within a finance or professional services background.
* Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering.
* Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
* Resourcing planning and partnering with internal hiring team.
* Project management experience.
* Organisational and change management experience.
* Ability to Influencing and driving the HR People plan - with measured outcomes.
* Engagement and culture programs.
* Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with minimal intervention.
