This is a unique opportunity to support a multi site organisation through a period of change. The organisation are undergoing a companywide restructure and a change to how the HR team operates, and this role will help support the HR Manager and rest of the HR team through this process.
- To develop a strong understanding of the business and its operations
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders within the business
- Support HR change projects and initiatives
- Provide HR and ER support for multiple teams, including operational and 'hands on' support
- Work with the HR Manager to develop the HR strategy over this period
- Experience of change management and harmonisation of terms would be an advantage
This will be an interim opportunity, likely to span circa 3 - 4 months
