HRLife are delighted to be working with this global brand. We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for this 9-month FTC. This is an exciting time to join and you will actively contribute to the delivery of the overall People strategy, working as a strategic HR BP developing and implementing people plans that support the business in meeting its ambitions.
You will be a pro-active, commercial HR Business used to working within a generalist HR environment, providing guidance to business areas aimed at driving improved performance.
Key responsibilities include:
?Support the delivery of the overall Group People strategy in line with business objectives.
?Work with leadership teams to identify business goals and priorities and translate these into clear people plans.
?Build close commercial relationships with key stakeholders and client groups, fostering a partnership based on mutual trust.
?Drive and deliver People initiatives including performance management, talent development and succession planning, employee engagement, management development, change management and reward and benefits.
?Guide and coach managers on complex employee relations and people related issues.
?Understand and analyse key people metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate profile will include:
?Experience gained within a commercial business with proven success in the implementation of HR initiatives aimed at delivering a truly value add proposition.
?Sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
?A high level of service orientation.
?Resilience and a positive outlook.
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
?Proven influencing skills.
?CIPD qualified or equivalent.
