SF Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing/ FMCG business, who are currently going through a large transformation project to the business partnering model. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the business or a HR Advisor who is looking to progress into a HR Business Partner role where you can implement change. Our client is a well respected manufacturing business, operating across the UK with a strong brand and exceptional presence in their marketplace. They are renowned for offering a great employee experience, so not only will you be part of that but by joining the Human Resources team you will be contributing to the maintenance of this excellent reputation.
As the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside the Senior Leadership team reporting into the Head of HR. You will play a pivotal part in the people agenda and to support the overall aims of the business agenda, whilst working on key HR initiatives to support the overall aims of the business along with the operational day to day HR focus. This is a truly generalist role and will involve the management of all Employee Relations issues, Training and Development, Succession Planning, Organisational Design and Development, ensuring excellent Employee Engagement is maintained, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships on site with people at all levels.
Our client is looking for a strong employee relations background, excellent working knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice, along with experience of building working relationships with key stakeholders, working within a business partnering role or a senior HR Advisor position. You will have excellent attention to detail. You will have a strong academic track record and be ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards. Ideally you will have had exposure of working in a fast paced FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail or similar business.
