HR Business Partner - West London / Middlesex - £70,000 + Bonus + Bens
Challenging and highly stimulating HR Business Partner opportunity exists within this very fast paced global technology company based in west London. With extensive growth plans in place, this role will support a Head of HR (who in turn reports to the HRD) in providing direct support across c.1300 employees. The company itself has over 3000 staff and continues to growth further both in the UK and across EMEA and Canada.
Supporting departmental heads and their management teams, you will play a prominent role in providing a full HR Generalist service resulting in tangible results in engagement and enablement. With global responsibility you will be the reporting line for four HR staff based in UK, Portugal, India and Austria. Extensive travel will be required.
With a strong focus on engagement, you will work closely with the Head of HR to craft a strong strategic people plan and will play a fundamental role in it’s operational roll out. You will already be working in an environment where there is a creative approach to employee appraisal and development and will be very experienced in leading the overall talent management process.
With a broad understanding of all aspects of HR, you will have demonstrable success in influencing senior business stakeholders and a pragmatic business focussed approach to HR.
Ideal candidates must come from a fast paced (ideally technology or similar) background and thrive in being under pressure and handling constant change. You will have some international exposure and experience of managing people.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, who is already operating a HRBP or HR Manager level.
