We are currently helping them source a HR Business Partner or indeed someone they can evolve in to role.
Provide strategic and operational input to business planning and human resource management, covering performance, development, compensation, benefits, employment law, employee relations, and all employee services. Analysing the needs and developing effective solutions to support management and employees to achieve Bank objectives.
Work with the HR team to provide a comprehensive HR service to the bank, ensuring HR operates on a best practice basis with strict adherence to regulatory requirements, employment legislation and the bank’s policies and procedures.
HR Business Partnering
Provide HR Business Partner support to a specified client group and provide HR advisory service on all people
Manage all HR processes for the client group including recruitment, performance review and management,
training, reward and recognition, talent management and employee engagement.
Ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures.
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees to ensure that policies are applied in a fair and
Identify and implement attraction and retention initiatives to ensure the business area is able to attract, recruit,
and retain the right people.
Provide HR Management Information (HRMI) to client group to support people strategy conversations for business
Create and provide HR documentation such as, but not limited to, contracts, addendum letters and other
employment related correspondence.
Provide ad hoc data reports as and when requested to business units and management.
Assist with the implementation of both internal and external training initiatives, ensuring all arrangements are in
place for staff attendance.
Support the Head of HR as and when required with HR related projects, new initiatives and any other HR/
employee relation matters within agreed timescales and budgets.
Take ownership for any HR projects assigned and ensure they are delivered to the agreed time and budget with
effective stakeholder management throughout.
Ensure the day to day HR administration for business area is maintained, working closely with the HR Assistant
End to end involvement in recruitment; liaising with external agencies and conducting interviews as and when
required; preparing employment contracts and offer letters; onboarding of new starters.
Work alongside HR Assistant to implement payroll procedures, ensuring that all input is accurate; liaising with the
Banks external payroll Company in managing the smooth and timely processing of the payroll.
Work with the HR Assistant to maintain and manage orderly records for the preparation of P11d’s and other PAYE
Ensure that all record keeping and filing is carried out in line with internal procedures and best practice.
Work with the HR Assistant to maintain the internal HR system and other databases, ensuring all necessary
changes are logged and administered in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare visa and work permit applications as and when necessary.
Provide support with administration relating to staff pension and benefits, liaising with external providers to
ensure employee information is up to date.
Assist the Head of HR with annual reward and compensation data, providing admin support as and when
