A leading Talent Management company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can make an immediate impact in this energetic and fast paced team providing management services to high profile clients within the entertainment sector.
As HR Business Partner you will work in close collaboration with your client group numbering approximately 60 - 70 heads providing solutions, advice and guidance to the senior leadership team. You will execute HR solutions to strategically address situations and serve as a trusted advisor to the business on all HR matters. The role will also be responsible for development and implementation of the group strategy for Learning, Development and Talent.
You will lead the HR relationship with your client group and their senior team building strong, trusted relationships acting as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders to build their leadership capability and engagement with HR inviting thought leadership and advice. Working with the rest of the HR Team you will ensure robust business operational practices that encourage business efficiency whilst ensuring best practice in HR Operations in your dedicated client area. In partnership with the wider business Divisions you will define and then execute against a people plan that delivers an agile, relevant and business aligned HR strategy in close partnership with senior leaders to secure buy-in to the strategy.
The role will also be responsible for development and implementation of the group strategy for Learning, Development and Talent. You will drive the development of core management and leadership capabilities through consistent training programmes, coaching and feedback. You will determine cross organisational training needs and create skills development programmes to close gaps. You will also diagnose and lead the people elements of change projects to improve business performance within.
To succeed in this exciting role, you will be a confident and outgoing HR Business Partner or HR Manager with experience gained within the media, creative or digital sectors. You will be happy to integrate fully with your client group, believing that engagement and relationship building are key to your success. You will have a strong generalist skill set as well as an interest and experience of implementing a Learning and Development and/or Talent Strategy Learning and Development.
