Your new role
6-12 month contract working with the senior management team to drive a significant change across your area of the business. The transformation will include organisational redesign, restructuring, headcount reductions and increases and then once the new structure has been implemented, working with the HR Director to shape and implement the people strategy in line with the business plan. Embedding a new culture of collaboration and shared ways of working will be key as well as driving employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed complex transformational change and have partnered senior leaders through the change process. You will need to approach the task with sensitivity, tact and discretion and be able to influence those around you. You will have senior level HR experience gained in a commercial setting and will take a pragmatic and flexible approach.
What you'll get in return
6-12 month contract paying £65,000 plus benefits.
