Your new company
Hays HR are excited to be working alongside a NI Top 100 company in their search for a New HR Business Partner, to join their manufacturing organisation in Ballymena. As the new HR Business Partner, it will be your job to provide a full HR service to a specific business area within the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading organisations.
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will report directly into senior management, ensuring that the organisation are providing an effective HR service. Leading a large onsite HR team, you will be responsible for providing an HR service to a headcount of 1200 employees, covering the full generalist remit of HR.
You will be involved in a unionised environment, working closely with union representatives to ensure that strong working relationships are in place across the business.
The organisation has recently gone through a period of change and you will therefore have a key role in aligning the HR strategy and ensuring that these changes are carried out throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Senior HR professional, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience within FMCG/manufacturing is essential to be considered for the role. You must also have experience working in a unionised environment.
