HR Business Partner / Generalist - Immediate Requirement

Victoria Recruitment are now partnered with an exciting independent creative agency who provide PR, social media, and marketing services to some of the world's biggest brands. Their headquarters are based in London, with offices in New York and Tokyo.

My client is now looking for a HR Business Partner to join the London team, as someone who understand the culture within a creative company and who will be a confident, friendly, first point of contact for all HR matters. With circa 100 employees, my client is looking for someone with generalist experience while also being able to play a leading role in delivering the HR roadmap.

The ideal candidate will be joining an energised team with a relaxed and creative culture and will be fantastic experience for someone with the same collaborative and ambitious nature.


* Work alongside the leadership team to ensure smooth people operations, maintaining relationships within the business and understanding people opportunities and challenges.
* Be the first day-to-day contact for all HR matters.
* Manage all HR functions and employee relations, making sure all issues and challenges are dealt with appropriately and effectively.
* Support individual and company management capability through training and coaching.
* Oversee payroll and pension processing, recruitment, and HR processing.
* Support the delivery of HR roadmaps and current projects.
* Work to improve on company culture.

Ideal Candidate:

* Expert knowledge in all key areas of HR management
* Previous experience in the creative or marketing space would be ideal
* Knowledge of current employment law
* CIPD qualified
* Knowledge of how HR contributes to commercial objectives.
* Collation, analysis and use of HR data.
* Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Great communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong cultural interests and a people-focused approach
* Available immediately or on a 1 month notice.

Salary for this role is up to £65,000.
